2004-05: Contributed 11 points at Big West Conference meet, finishing 11th in 400 IM (4:39.49), 14th in 200 IM (2:11.80 prelims), 15th in 200 breast (2:26.12)... Moved into 10th on school's 200 IM and 200 breast lists with those times... Also hit season-best 1:09.01 in 100 breast in exhibition at conference meet.

2003-04: Reached PCSC consolation finals in both 400 IM (11th, 4:41.74 in prelims) and 100 breast (16th, 1:08.18)... Mark in 100 breast ranks 9th all-time at UC Davis... Also advanced in 200 breast, finishing 18th (2:27.07)... Competed at American Short Course Championships in three events plus both medley relays... Best finishes were 19th in 200 breast (2:27.60) and 20th in 100 breast (1:08.74).

2002-03: Advanced to PCSC Championships final heats in 400 IM (7th, 4:39.64) and 100 breast (8th, 1:09.54)... Posted 1:08.42 in 100 breast prelim, 6th all-time at UC Davis... Reached consolations in 200 breast, finishing 14th (2:27.88 prelim)... Mark ranks 9th in school history.

GRANITE HILLS HS '02: Earned four letters in swimming, two in water polo... Named swim team MVP and reached San Diego Section finals three straight years... Led her team to the Grossmont Conference title for the first time in school history... Set league records in the 100 breast and 200 IM... Selected as school's Athlete of the Year.

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego, Calif.... Majoring in exercise biology... Daughter of Gary & Cathy Elgas... Cathy is the swim coach at GHHS... Favorite aquatic facility is the Belmont Plaza in Long Beach, home of the Big West Conference Championships... Proudest personal accomplishment was coming back from an early-season injury in 2002-03 to post three career-best times and two top-eight finishes at conference.
