2006-07: Made finals in both backstroke events at Big West Conference championships... Finished 7th in each, posting times of 58.05 in 100 back, 2:07.76 in 200 back... Each mark was the team's season best... Also reached consols of 200 IM (14th, 2:11.44) to total 27.0 points in the meet... Led off both 4th-place medley relays... Posted event wins in duals vs. UC Santa Barbara (100 back) and UC Irvine (200 back).

2005-06: Scored 29.0 points at Big West Conference, advancing to each backstroke final for second straight year... Placed 5th in 200 back (2:06.90), 7th in 100 back (58.06)... Touched in 57.58 during 100 back prelim, 2nd in school record book... Reached 200 IM consols at conference, placing 14th (2:10.49)... Improved by almost two full seconds in 200 IM, moving into 8th in school record book.

2004-05: Reached finals of both backstroke events at Big West meet... Finished 7th in 100 back (57.94), 8th in 200 back (2:05.69) to score 22.0 points for Aggies... Mark of 57.94 in 100 back final moved her into 2nd in UC Davis record book... Both efforts bested her previous best by more than a full second... Final time in 200 back ranks 3rd in school history... Member of 2nd-place 400 free relay squad at conference, helping set school record of 3:28.36.

ARAGON HS '04: Made total of 10 Central Coast Section finals and two consolation finals in four years... Placed 3rd in 100 back (58.70), 200 medley relay and 400 free relay as a senior... Added 6th-place finish in 100 free that year (53.02)... Twice won team's Coaches Choice award... Named to All-Peninsula Athletic League for four straight years... Three-time Scholar-Athlete honoree... Competed for Otter Swim Club in Belmont, Calif. for 13 years... In her last Far Western Long Course Age Group Championships, reached finals in 200 back (1st, 2:30.11), 100 back (3rd, 1:08.81), 100 free (1:01.41 in trials) and 200 IM (7th, 2:34.13).

PERSONAL: Born in Glen Cove, N.Y.... Majoring in animal science... Parents are Alan & Stella Ginsberg... Older sister, Melissa, graduated from San Francisco State... Career highlights was placing 5th in 200 back at Big West Conference... Few people know she was a cheerleader during middle school and as a freshman in high school... Hopes for career in marine mammal research and training... By the time she's 30, she hopes to be able to maintain a conversation in Spanish.
