2007-08: Advanced to two consolation finals at Big West Conference Championships, tallying 6.0 points... Placed 13th in 200 fly (2:14.72), 15th in 200 back (2:14.44)... Also reached bonus final in 100 fly, placing 19th (1:00.38)... Had season-best marks in both butterfly events in Denver dual, posting 59.99 in 100 fly and 2:14.08 in 200 fly.

2006-07: Scored 10.0 points at Big West Conference Championships... Advanced to consols in 200 back and 200 fly, placing 12th in each... Posted 2:11.21 in 200 back, 2:13.17 in 200 fly, both of which were season-best marks.

2005-06: Won bonus finals (17th) in each backstroke at Big West Conference Championships... Posted 2:11.63 (2:11.13 prelim) in 200 back, 57.99 in 100 back.

ARAGON HS '05: Four-year All-Peninsula Athletic League honoree... Captured PAL title in 100 fly as a junior... Selected as team MVP as a senior... Competed at Central Coast Section all four years, posting top-three finishes in 200 medley relay and 400 free relay... Also competed for Otter Swim Club (Belmont, Calif.) for eight years, achieving national and Pacific standards in backstroke and IM events.

PERSONAL: Born in San Francisco, Calif.... Majoring in international relations... Parents are John & Wai Ming Leung... Proudest personal accomplishment was volunteering in Nicaragua... Career plans are to serve in a developing nation "to further improve social and living conditions".
