Day One Results in PDF Format
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — UC Davis freshman Katie Truong closed out the first day of competition at the 2018 NCAA Zone “E” Diving Championships with a 50th place finish on the 1-meter board at the Wall Aquatic Center on the campus of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz.
The San Jose, Calif., native finished with a score of 209.95 to place 50th overall in the preliminary round of the one-meter program.
Nevada’s Sharae Zheng, who placed first in the prelims with a score of 329.15, went on to claim the title in the finals, posting a score of 318.20, totaling 647.35 points on the day.
Day two of competition is set to continue on Tuesday morning (Mar. 6) at 10 a.m., with the prelims of the 3-meter board. The finals will begin later in the day at 1:35 p.m.
