2005: Redshirted.

2004: Finished season with 1,500 PR of 3:55.04 in Aggie Twilight meet... That mark eclisped previous best of 3:55.36, set at Chico Twilight Open... Advanced to final at Cal-Nevada State Championships, finishing 12th... Went 4:00.07 in prelims to qualify.

2003: Hit 800 PR of 1:59.34 at the Woody Wilson Classic... Also ran 1,500, hitting 4:01.37 at Stanford.

2002: Posted season-best 1,500 time of 3:58.2 (hand-timed) at the Woody Wilson Classic... Previous best was 4:02.01 at Cal Invite.

UC DAVIS CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Div. I Independent in both 2004 and 2005, placing 10th at the indie championships as a junior, then improving to 8th as a senior... Named D-I Independent Runner of the Week early in 2005 season opener, placing 6th at Aggie Open.

BURROUGHS HS '01: Finished 7th at state meet in 1,600 as a senior... Placed 3rd in 1,600, 4th in 800 at Southern Section meet, winning Foothill League titles in each event... Selected as team MVP and City of Burbank Male Athlete of the Year... Set school 1,600 record at 4:14.80... Earned All-Foothill League in cross country, placing 7th.
