2007: Ran 1,500 in six meets, 800 in three... Best 1,500 time was 3:59.35, good for 3rd in Sacramento State dual... Broke four-minute barrier again during Div. I Independent Championships, placing 13th at 3:59.86... Season-best 800 of 1:57.50 also came in Causeway dual meet. 2006: Competed in six meets in 800, 1500 or mile (once)... Won `B' race of 1,500 at Woody Wilson Classic with season-best 4:02.37... Also had best 800 at that meet, posting 1:59.80.

CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in three meets as a freshman in 2005, including Pacific Association/USATF regionals.

LA COSTA CANYON HS '05: Twice earned All-Palomar League honors in cross country, including first-team distinction in 2004... Placed 39th at San Diego Section meet as a senior... Selected to San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic Team for three straight years... Starred in 1,600 during track & field season, setting school record and capturing Palomar League title as a senior... Hit PR of 4:21 at league final... Also member of winning 4-by-mile squad at Mt. SAC and Arcadia.
