Aggies will be split up between the Hornet Invite and the Trojan Invite this weekend
WATERFORD HS’15/MODESTO JUNIOR COLLEGE: Added track and field to his sports repertoire during his senior year after also playing football and baseball for the Wildcats… Did the 100m and 200m sprints, setting his personal bests of 10.92 and 21.88, respectively, at the SJS D4-D5 Finals… Was all-league MVP after becoming San Joaquin section’s D4-6 record holder in the 200m and the 100m champion… At Modesto Junior College, he did the 200m, 400m, 4x1, and 4x4 events… in the 2016 outdoor season, he beat his high school’s 200m personal best by 11 seconds, got a long jump measurement of 22’11,” and contributed to the 4x1 school record time… In the 2017 outdoor season for the Pirates, he was a top NorCal finisher with also the fifth fastest time in the 200m event at Modesto Junior College (21.20), and he was part of the team who received the second fastest time in school history in the 4x1 event (40.70).
PERSONAL: Born in Miami, Fla… Majoring in Exercise Biology and minoring in Human Development, and wants to pursue a career in medicine… Parents are Lorena and Jason… Has three younger brothers Bryce (20), Cj (19), and Donnaven (18)… Says his career sports highlights were setting a state record and a section record in the 200m event… His sports hero is Jackie Robinson, and his non-sports hero is his father… The reason he chose UC Davis was for the high-quality athletics and academics provided at the university.
