CROSS COUNTRY: Competed five times as a sophomore in 2007, including Big West Conference and NCAA West Region championships... Was Aggies' top finisher at Stanford Invite, placing 32nd... Crossed as team's No. 2 runner at Washington and in West Regional... Earned All-Div. I Independent as a freshman in 2006, placing 8th at the championship meet... Finished among Aggie scorers in all four team meets he raced... Also was team's No. 3 finisher at Pacific Association Championships.

OAKLAND HS '06: Won Oakland Section cross country titles in each of his junior and senior seasons, helping team to section titles each year... Placed 23rd at CIF state meet as a senior... Qualified for state track championships in 3,200 as a senior, finishing 19th... Won both 800 and 3,200 titles at section meet, and added third-place showing in 1,600... Captured three straight Oakland Athletic League championships in the two-mile... Set school record of 9:25.07 in that event at Piedmont Distance Festival.
