YREKA HS '12: Northern Section champion and CIF state meet qualifier in 1,600 as a senior... Hit PR 4:17.71 at state prelim... Also 3,200 (10:02.32), took 2nd in 400 (52.01) and placed 3rd in both 800 (2:01.85) and 1,600 (4:32.34) at section Div. II championships... Led off runner-up 4x400 relay at CIF-NS meet... Finished 2nd in both 800 and 1,600 at section D-II meet as a junior... Four-year All-Northern Athletic League, two-time all-section honoree in cross country... Reached CIF state cross country championships all four years, including 8th-place showing in 2011... Helped team capture D-IV title as a senior.
