2007: Redshirted outdoor season... Competed once indoors, running 800 of 1:56.21 at Washington Indoor.

2006: Placed 6th at Div. I Independent Championships in 800 (1:56.38)... Had team's second-best 800 time of 1.54.38, set in Aggie Open... Raced in 1,500 twice, including winning 4:03.90 in Bulldog Dual. 2005: Twice competed in 800, posting 1:55.13 at All-Cal Challenge... Just missed that season best with 1:55.83 at Stanford later in the month... Won 1,500 (4:01.46) at Aggie Open in his only race at that distance... Had team's best indoor 800, going 1:55.32 at MPSF Championships... Mark ranks 2nd on school's indoor list.

CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 20th at D-I Independent meet as a sophomore in 2006... Competed in six of seven meets as a redshirt freshman in 2005... Best finish was 10th place at Santa Clara Invitational.

GRANITE BAY HS '04: Placed 3rd in mile at Sac-Joaquin Section meet in 2004, setting school record of 4:18.98... Advanced to state championships... Finished 2nd at sections in that event as a junior, crossing in 4:19.37... Also a state meet qualifier in cross country as a senior... Won school's Academic Merit Award.

PERSONAL: Born in Sacramento, Calif.... Majoring in psychology... Would like to add more contact during distance races "to make it more exciting"... Hopes for career in physical therapy... Career highlights were the CIF-SJS meets during his junior and senior years.
