UC Davis teams combine for seven wins during final home meet of the season

2012: Placed 6th in 10,000 (36:49.04) at Big West Conference Championships... Made three appearances in 5K, hitting best of 17:49.02 at Hornet Invitational... Big West Conference All-Academic honoree.

2011: Appeared in 3,000 twice, going 10:30.38 at Cal Opener... Lone 1,500 race was 4:52.23 in Aggie Open.

CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in four meets in 2011... Best finish was 18th (seven-team field) at Doc Adams Open... Competed three times as a freshman, including Big West Conference Championship (61st) as an individual entrant... Best finish was 16th (2nd on team) at Doc Adams Open.

DAVIS HS '10: Advanced to 2009 CIF state championship after placing 15th at Sac-Joaquin Division I meet... Placed 7th overall at sections as a junior... Won Delta Valley Conference frosh/soph title in 2008, earning team's Rookie of the Year honors... Three-year CIF-SJS Masters Meet qualifier in 3,200 during track season... Finished 6th, 6th and 7th in that event at section Div. I meet during her career.

PERSONAL: Born in Portland, Ore.... Majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology... Parents are Paul & Amy Teaford... Career highlight was being a member of two section-champion cross country teams (2007 and 2008)... Among her proudest personal accomplishments was completing her Girl Scout Gold Award.
