Men’s squad wins the race to Causeway Title

The Aggies and the Hornets split the wins as the host school went on to garner the win on the women’s side


UC Davis stays local for Causeway dual meet

Aggies and Hornets square off at 2:45 p.m. in the field events, while running events begin at 5:30 p.m.


UC Davis hosts the Woody Wilson Classic

The Aggies will start the first day of the event with the hammer throw on Friday afternoon, while the remaining field and track events will take place on Saturday


Aggies score nine first-place titles at Fullerton Invite

Altogether, UC Davis took away a total of 34 top-five finishes this competition weekend


Aggies split up between Bay Area and SoCal meets

UC Davis track and field will make appearances in both the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and Cal State Fullerton's Titan Team Challenge

2018: Competed in both the 800 meter and the 1,500 meter run for her debut track and field season… Set personal-best marks of 2:20.40 in the 800 at the Hornet Invite on Mar. 17, and a 4:52.42 time in the 1,500 at the Causeway Classic on Apr. 27.

INDERKUM HS’17: Played soccer the first two years before picking up cross country and track starting her junior year… Ran the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m in track, and was awarded Most Improved in cross country…  Got All-League in cross country, as well as All-League and Most Valuable Runner in track senior year… Set school records in the 800m (2:18.94), 1600m (5:28.74), and 3200m (11:35.85)… Got first place wins at eight of the nine TCC league meets, including first in all three events at the TCC championships in the 2017 season.

PERSONAL: Born in Sacramento, Calif… Majoring in Biotechnology… Parents are Jennifer and John, a UC Davis alum and her non-sports hero… Has a younger brother Andrew (17)… The best athletes she has completed against were Fiona O’keeffe and her previous coach Chad Worthen, a men’s marathon participant in the 2004 Olympic Trials… Said she wanted to go to UC Davis even before knowing she could be a member of the cross country team.
