Aggies and Hornets square off at 2:45 p.m. in the field events, while running events begin at 5:30 p.m.


UC Davis hosts the Woody Wilson Classic

The Aggies will start the first day of the event with the hammer throw on Friday afternoon, while the remaining field and track events will take place on Saturday


Aggies win two field events at Bay Area invite

UC Davis secured the top two finishes in both the men’s triple jump and the women’s pole vault on the first day of the San Francisco State Distance Carnival


Aggies split up between Bay Area and SoCal meets

UC Davis track and field will make appearances in both the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and Cal State Fullerton's Titan Team Challenge


Some stay local, some travel south for track and field

2018: Made an appearance in two meets this season… Received the third highest 3,000 steeplechase time on the UC Davis Outdoor Performance List with a time of 10:35.43 received at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival… Set a personal-best 5,000 meter time of 15:59.99 at the Hornet Invite on Mar. 17.

Competed at the Big West Championships over 1500, finishing ninth... Won the event at Woody Wilson Classic in a lifetime best (3:56.99)... Finished fourth at Causeway dual (4:01.33)... Also ran the mile at Brutus Hamilton Challenge (4:15.53).

Continued steady improvement over 1500, posting a PR of 4:00.99 at Sac State Open... Highest finish of third was run at Mondo Team Challenge.

Ran in five meets, primarily in 1,500... Posted top-10 finish in 1,500 during Causeway showdown with Sacramento State... Season best of 4:06.46 from Aggie Open.

Completed in four meets during fall of 2015, posting season-best 23rd place at Doc Adams Open... Ran three meets during 2014 season, posting season-best 25th-place finish at Aggie Open... Also ran at Santa Clara Invitational and Doc Adams Open.

EASTLAKE HS '14: Three-year varsity letter winner for the Titans... Twice named to the All-Metropolitan League with a sixth-place finish in 2012 and a third-place finish in 2013 at the conference championships... Team MVP in 2012 and 2013... Helped his squad to the CIF Division I San Diego Section finals in 2011-13 and reached the finals as an individual as a senior in 2014... Metro League and team MVP for the track and field squad as a senior... League champion in the 800m and 1600m as well as the 4x400m relay as a senior en route to Mesa League Track Athlete of the Year honors and a team title... All-San Diego Section selection with his fourth-place finish in the 1600m as a senior... Boasts personal bests of 4:19.41 in the 1600m, 1:57.72 in the 800m, and 50.66 for the anchor leg of the 4x400m... His time in the 1600m placed him fifth in the state qualifying A-heat and fourth in Division I... Holds the No. 3 time in school history in the 1600m and the No. 2 time in the 800m... Earned scholar-athlete and Principal's Honor Roll laurels.

Awarded the inaugural Star-News Meritorious Student-Athlete/Service Award for 2013-14 thanks to his community service efforts, which included a summer mission trip to Harmons, Jamaica, to help build houses and serve the people there...
