2007: Made eight appearances in the 400, recording season-best 49.96 at Stanford... Finished 7th at Div. I Independent Championships (50.19 in prelims)... Also competed in 200, going 22.91 at Stanford and 10th-place 23.09 at D-I independent meet.

2006: Raced in 400 six times... Best mark was 51.38 at Woody Wilson Classic... Also anchored 4x400 relay in that meet.

2003-05: Did not compete.

BENICIA HS '02: Served as team captain as a senior... Part of school record in 4x400 relay (set during sophomore year)... Voted Most Improved as a freshman.

PERSONAL: Born in Walnut Creek, Calif.... Majoring in history... Parents are Ronald & Victoria Olson... Older brother, Erik, graduated from UC Davis in 2000... Hopes for career as a Roman history professor.
