2009: Competed in 400 and 4x400 relay at Big West Conference Championships... Placed 17th in quarter at 59.08, while helping relay foursome to 5th-place 3:48.79... Hit season-best 400 of 57.73 at Hornet Invitational... Also ran 200 in three meets, including 25.57 at Mondo Invite... Led off winning 4x400 relay at Woody Wilson meet (3:51.33).

2008: Ran 200 and 400 at Big West Conference, finishing 24th and 14, respectively... Also competed in both relays... Posted 25.66 in 200 at conference, fastest of the year save for PR 25.38 at Causeway Dual... Hit season-best 400 of 57.19 in Aggie Twilight meet... Part of 45.87 4x100 relay at Woody Wilson Classic, 2nd in UC Davis outdoor history... Ran indoor 200 of 25.98 at Husky Classic, 5th in Aggie indoor history.

2007: Competed in 200 and 400 three times each... Season-best 200 was 25.84 at Stanford Quad, while best quarter was 58.84 two weeks later at Arizona State... Also took part in 4x400 relay, including 7th-place 3:50.86 at Cal-Nevada meet... Twice ran indoor 400, posting 1:01.11 at Husky Classic.

2006: Ran leadoff leg of Div. I Independent champion 4x100 relay (46.63)... Foursome broke previous school record of 46.67 on four occasions, including 46.49 at Woody Wilson Classic... Also finished 5th in 400 (59.13) and 7th in 200 (25.87) at indpendent meet... Had 3rd-best time of 200 prelims (25.31) and was 4th in 400 prelims (58.09)... Best quarter was 57.84 at Arizona State Invite... Hit season-best 100 of 12.56 at Woody Wilson meet despite strong headwind (w: -2.0)... Also competed indoors in two meets, posting 26.45 in 200, 1:00.13 in 400 at Husky Classic.

HOLY NAMES HS '05: Placed 5th (58.69) at 2005 North Coast Section meet... Won Bay Shore Athletic League 400 title and placed 5th at area meet to advance... Also placed 2nd in 200 (26.09) at BSAL meet... Earned All-BSAL honors four times, including three (2002, 2003 and 2005) in quarter mile.
