Aggie teams combine to win 16 event at Aggie Open

2011: Competed in long jump nine times, hitting wind-aided 6.88m (22-7) at Cal-Nevada state meet... Best wind-legal mark was 6.73m (22-1) at Aggie Open... Placed 16th at Big West Conference (6.49m, 21-3.5).

TERRA LINDA HS '10: State meet qualifier as a senior, placing 15th in long jump (6.83m, 22-5.25)... Won North Coast Section Redwood Empire meet at 22-2, then placed 5th at Meet of Champions with 22-6 effort... Also won triple at area meet (42-3.75)... Long jump PR was 22-7.75.

PERSONAL: Born in Vallejo, Calif.... Majoring in viticulture & enology, having chosen UC Davis for its strength in this field... Parents are Latchezar Boyadjiev and Dana Passantino... Considers English his third language after Czech and Bulgarian.
