II cross country championships as a senior team captain... Advanced to state meet, where she took 22nd (19:04) and led team to 9th-place showing... Named to Daily Breeze All-Area squad... Reached CIF-SS D-II track championships in 3,200, placing 12th at 11:15.76... Selected as track team's Athlete of the Year in 2003.
