2012: Competed in eight meets. focusing on 200, 400 and and both relays... Had season-best time of 22.18 in 200 at Sac State Hornet Invitational and went 49.49 in 400 at Woody Wilson Classic... Was part of winning 4x400 at Sac State Mondo Mid-Major Challenge (2:15.21) and later at Woody Wilson (3:16.92) and Causeway Classic Dual (3:16.84)... Ran all four events at Big West Championships.

2011: Finished 14th in 200 (22.47) at Big West Conference Championships, best wind-legal mark of the year... Member of 8th place 4x100 (41.88) at conference... Ran 400 six times, including best of 49.79 at Woody Wilson Classic.

MOUNT MIGUEL HS '10: Enjoyed best season as a junior, qualifying for state meet in 200 (13th) and 400 (15th)... Won 200 (21.81) and finished 2nd in 400 (48.27) at San Diego Section final... Also helped 4x400 relay to runner-up finish at CIF-SDS meet then 12th place at states... Won four Grossmont League titles during sophomore and junior years... Caught 14 passes for 242 yards during senior football season... Selected as Student-Athlete of the Year.

PERSONAL: Majoring in communication... Parents of Hosea & Shelise Tate... One of four siblings, along with Siqueta, Lakeita and Joseph.
