Women, Men Earns Thirds At Mondo Mid-Major

Aggies capture four events while picking up several career- and season-bests

2011: Redshirted due to injury.

2010: Competed in 400 three times... Hit season-best 58.14 twice: at Cal-Nevada State Championships and in Aggie Open... Made two appearances in the 800, including season-best 2:13.53 at Sun Angel Invite... Raced indoor 400 at Husky Classic (58.48).

2009: Recorded season-best 400 of 58.01 at Hornet Invite.

SAN LUIS OBISPO HS '08: Four-time CIF state meet qualifier... Placed 3rd in both 200 (24.78) and 400 (55.04) in Southern Section finals as a senior... Also helped 4x400 relay capture Division III crown, running a 53.8 anchor split to take the victory... Helped Tigers win team title at section championship... Went on to place 6th in 400, 7th in 4x400 at state meet... Advanced to CIF-SS Masters meet in 400, placing 5th (56.05)... Won Athlete of the Meet honors at SLO County championships for three straight years, winning 400 and 800 titles each time... Set school records in both relays, plus 100, 200, 400 and 800.

PERSONAL: Born in Fresno, Calif.... Majoring in exercise biology... Parents are Alan & Maria Williams... Less known among her athletic exploits is her success at California Lifeguard Championships, including back-to-back titles in the girls' Beach Flags competition... Hopes for a career as a nutritionist or personal trainer.
