Top two teams and four individuals not on qualifying teams advance to NCAA Championship

AS A JUNIOR (2012): Ran in four races...Finished a season-best 29th at the Doc Adams Open (6K) with a time of 22:44...Best 6K time on the season was a 19:00.1, good for 115th at the Bronco Inviational...Also ran in the Aggie Open (4K) and the Hornet Jamboree (5K).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011):Competed in three races... Helped lead Aggies to first-place finish at Hornet Jamboree (9/10) with a time of 20:03... Finished sixth among UC Davis runners at Bronco Invite (10/15) with a time of 19:19.0.

TRACK AND FIELD: Competed in the 3,000, turning in a season-best time of 10:59.34 at the Aggie Open (3/12)... Also made an appearance in the 5,000, placing 9th at Woody Wilson in a time of 19:18.08

MONTE VISTA HS `10: Two-time team MVP in cross country... Placed 12th at North Coast Section meet as a senior captain, helping Mustangs capture team title... Led team and finished 42nd overall at state meet... Competed in 1,600 and 3,200 during track season, finishing 5th in latter at 2009 Sacramento Meet of Champions.

PERSONAL: Parents are Mike and Pam Aha... Has two younger sisters, Yvonne and Monika... Has not delcared a major... Owns a black belt in taekwondo... Lists her career highlight as achieving a personal best at state meet in her senior year.
