Competed more in middle distances during track season, placing 2nd in 800, 7th in 1,600 at Western League meet... Went on to finish 4th at San Diego Section meet in 800 with PR 1:57.75... Won team's Amanda Post Memorial Award. PERSONAL: Born in La Jolla, Calif.... Majoring in mechanical engineering... Parents are Robert & Melissa Fitzgerald...
