Madden finished in first place in the 8K to help his team get fourth place, while Anderson places fifth in the 6K to help her team get fifth place


Ceja and Anderson pace respective squads at Penn State

Ceja placed 24th overall, while Anderson placed in 54th


Some Aggies travel east, some stay west

The women's squad and some of the men's squad travels to Penn State, while other members of the men's squad remain in state

2017: 2018 ALL-BIG WEST ACADEMIC… Competed in the six total scheduled meets this season… Started off her season with a fourth-place finish at the Aggie Open with a 15:03 clock time… Received her best regular-season 6K time of 21:43.1, placing in the 28th spot at the Capitol Cross Challenge on Sept. 30… Set her personal-best 6K mark of 21:28.5 at the Big West Conference Championships, which was good for a 15th-place finish that day… Rounding out her season at the NCAA West Regionals, she crossed the line at 21:42.7, her third best 6K mark of the season. 

2016: Appeared in six of the team's eight meets as a freshman... Opened the year with an 11th-place finish in the Aggie Open with a 4K time of 15:00... Followed that up with a 25th-place finish at the Bill Dellinger Invitational in Oregon with a 5K time of 18:19, helping the Aggies finish third as a team... Saved her best 6K time of the season for last as the second Aggie across the line in a time of 21:37.2 at the NCAA West Regionals in Sacramento... Posted her best 6K finish of the year at the Big West Conference Championships in Honolulu, Hawai'i, finishing 26th with a time of 23:01.4, helping UC Davis to a second-place team finish.

CIF Division I state qualifier in cross country as a senior, finishing 35th… Finished fourth at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section championships… Posted a best 5K time of 18:10 while helping the Cougars to a Metro Conference title… Also qualified for the state championships as a sophomore in 2013, finishing with a time of 19:39 -- the first representative at that meet from Kennedy HS since 1998… Posted top times on the track in the 800m (2:20.74), 1600m (5:05.84), and 3200m (10:51.79), en route to conference titles in all three events… Finished third at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section finals in the 3200m (11:03.96) and fourth at the CIF Sac-Joaquin Masters Meet (10:51.79)… Also swept the trio of distances at the Metro League championships as both a sophomore and junior, and finished third in the latter distance at the section championship meet in each of those seasons.

Parents are Doug and Jessica… Has two siblings: Alexandra and Luke… Her mother, and two of her aunts, are UC Davis graduates… Lists "Grease" as her favorite movie… If she could play any other sport at UC Davis, it would be basketball… Her hobbies are Netflix and volunteering with the TCG Academy at Kennedy HS.
