2009: Competed in five meets, including Big West Conference Championships and NCAA Regionals... Finished 49th at conference meet... Clocked in with a time of 19:28.70 to open the season with a 20th-place finish at the USF Invitational... Finished 13th overall at the Hornet Jamboree Sept. 12 with a time of 18:17.

TRACK & FIELD: Turned in season-best time of 10:37.62 in 3,000 steeplechase to finish 35th at NCAA West Prelim (5/27) and was 5th in the event at Big West Conference meet (10:50.58)...Also competed in 3,000 and 1,500... Made spring debut in 2010, mostly in steeplechase... Placed 7th at Big West Conference meet with season-best 11:01.19... Made Academic All-Conference squad.

2008: Appeared in four meets, finishing among Aggie scorers in all three team events... Crossed as team's No. 2 runner at Doc Adams Open (19th overall) and Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (95th).

ARROYO HS '08: Lettered in cross country, track & field and soccer... Earned first-team All-Hayward Area Athletic League cross country honors as a junior and senior.... Finished 3rd at both HAAL and North Coast Section meets as a senior, qualifying for CIF state meet... Placed 2nd in 3,200 at NCS Bayshore Area meet in track season, earning trip to NCS Meet of Champions... Earned first-team All-HAAL honors as a soccer midfielder in 2006... Attended Moreau Catholic HS as a freshman before switching to Arroyo.
