Earned Most Valuable Player recognition from her team three years in a row and was elected team captain as a sophomore, junior and senior... Also competed in track and field and finished fifth at the NCS Masters meet as a senior... Named a National Scholar-Athlete by the US Army Reserve.

PERSONAL: Born in Sacramento, Calif.... Parents are Randy and Louise Lozoya... One of four siblings, including Kevin, Angela and Rene... Was a gymnast for 11 years with Byers Roseville Gymnastics Center and was a Level 10 Regional Championships qualifier... Majoring in exercise biology and would like to pursue a career as a physical therapist.
