2014: Started 14 games as the Aggies regular Sunday pitcher... Shared the staff lead in victories with a 4-6 record and a 4.39 ERA... Tossed a career-high 82 innings, striking out 33, and holding opposing hitters to a .278 average... Led the team with seven quality starts, posting a 3-2 record with a 2.93 ERA and a .213 average against... Twice went the distance, including a nine-inning complete game against UC Irvine on April 27, allowing three runs on five hits and striking out two... Pitched at least eight innings in three of his final five starts... Held Cal State Northridge to just a single run on six hits in 8.2 innings, striking out a career high tying five in a 3-2 win on May 4... Also struck out five against Seattle (Feb. 15) and New Mexico State (March 15)... Combined with Orlando Razo and Zach Stone on a seven-hit shutout of New Mexico State on March 15, allowing just five hits over six innings in the Aggies' 4-0 victory.
2013: Made 14 starts and 15 total appearances as the Aggies' regular Sunday starting pitcher...went 3-5 with a 4.38 ERA, the best on the team among starters...Recorded 18 strikeouts and 32 walks...Had a .284 opponent batting average, also the best among the starting rotation...Earned just one victory through his first six starts, despite the Aggies winning five of those games...Allowed just one run on four hits in five innings at Oklahoma State on March 3 as the Aggies clipped the Cowboys, 4-3...Surrendered just two runs on five hits in 7.1 innings in a 3-2 victory over Cal State Bakersfield on March 10...Started in the Aggies' 2-1 walkoff win over Stanford on March 26, tossing three innings of one-run ball...Only Sunday game he didn't start was on senior day against UC Santa Barbara on May 25, when senior Ben Burke started and Wolf came in for relief...Did not see playing time in the field.
2012: Made nine starts as a pitcher and 14 appearances as a first baseman... Went 3-4 on the mound with a 5.82 earned run average, giving up 25 earned runs on 34 hits... Struck out 17 batters, including five against Hawai'i on Apr. 1 and May 14... Had a career day on the mound at San Francisco on Apr. 24, taking a no hitter into the seventh inning... Pitched 6.2 innings against the Dons, giving up just two runs on two hits while striking out three batters... Finished with a .208 batting average... Scored twice in a 1-for-3 performance against Creighton on Mar. 4.
2011: Did not play.
2010: Redshirted the season.
CLOVIS HS '09: Helped Cougars capture back-to-back Tri-River Athletic Conference championships... Batted .303 with three homers and 25 RBIs as a junior to earn All-TRAC honors... Also served as a reliever, fanning 20 in 25 innings in 2007.
PERSONAL: Born in Fresno, Calif.... Communication major... Parents are Kerry & Stephanie Wolf... Chose UC Davis because he would be allowed to pitch and play first base.
