2004: Started 44 of 49 games played, splitting time between left field and catcher... Batted .329 (52-for-158) with 39 runs and 33 RBI... Amassed 19 extra-base hits, including 14 doubles and 4 homers... Hit .400 (20-for-50) with all 4 HR in 21 games at catcher... Also was errorless in 91 chances behind the plate, gunning down 4 base-stealers... Second came in 6th inning vs. Abilene Christian in elimination game of NCAA Championships (5/27)... Had pinch-hit RBI singles in each end of a doubleheader vs. Pomona (5/4)... Earned all-tournament accolades at NCAA West Regional, hitting 5-for-13 with 2 runs scored in 3 games... Hit safely in 11 of final 12 contests... Recorded 4 mulit-hit games.

APTOS HS '01: Batted .393 as a senior catcher, earning first-team All-Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League, first-team all-county and honorable-mention All-Central Coast Section honors... Helped team to three CCS Championships... Played quarterback and linebacker in football, making All-SCCAL first team, All-Santa Cruz County first team and capturing Defensive Player of the Year honors... Led basketball team to league title as a junior... Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior.
