2011: Started 44 of 50 games as an outfielder, finishing with a .271 average to go with 46 hits, 22 runs, a team-leading 10 doubles and nine RBI... Put together an 11-game hitting streak starting in just his second game as an Aggie on Feb. 22 against San Jose State where he hit a pinch-hit double and scored a run... Went 16-of-41 (.390) with six doubles and six runs during the streak... Went 3-for-5 with two doubles against Sacramento State on Mar. 1... Hit first home run as an Aggie in a 3-for-6 outing at San Jose State on Mar. 28 where he nearly hit for the cycle, adding a base hit, a double and three RBI... Followed that with a second 11-game hitting streak which started on Apr. 4 at Nevada... Hit safely in nine straight games towards the end of the season, going 1-for-4 on Apr. 30 against Cal State Northridge to start the run... Stole a team-high nine bases.

SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE: Batted .395 as a sophomore in 2009, earning first-team All-Big 8 Conference... Did not commit one error as team's starting center fielder... Played for Reed Peters, twin brother of UC Davis coach Rex Peters.

TOKAY HS '07: Earned All-Tri-City Athletic League honors as a junior (second team) and senior (first team)... Batted .350 and .420 in those respective seasons.

PERSONAL: Born in San Jose, Calif.... Majoring in communication... Parents are Richard and Nicole Morgan... Formerly an accomplished wakeboarder (which he considers his favorite sport), but chose baseball as he got older.
