05/24/2013 Bats Held in Check vs. UC Santa BarbaraThe UC Davis baseball team managed one run on five hits and lost, 8-1, to UCSB. 05/22/2013 Baseball Wraps Up 2013 vs. UC Santa BarbaraThe UC Davis baseball team will close out its 2013 season this weekend against UCSB. 05/18/2013 Baseball Held in Check at Hawai'iHawai'i starting pitcher Connor Little threw a complete game and the Aggies lost, 5-2. 05/14/2013 Baseball Blasts Saint Mary'sThe Aggies scored 16 runs for the second straight time in a win over the Gaels. 04/09/2013 Baseball Wins Wild One, 16-15, vs. GaelsThe Aggies tallied three home runs, including a game-winning three-run shot by Paul Politi in the eighth. 2012: Struck out 13 batters in 22.2 innings of work while walking just 10 in relief role... Finished year with 5.16 ERA after giving up 13 earned runs on 28 hits... Made UC Davis debut against Utah on Feb. 20, giving up four runs on four hits in 3.2 innings of work... Picked up first win on Feb. 25 at CSU Bakersfield after entering the game in the seventh inning and striking out two in a 6-5 win. CABRILLO COLLEGE: Led all two-year relievers with 10 saves as a sophomore in 2011... Posted 2-2 record with 2.10 ERA... Fanned 19 with 10 walks in 25.2 innings... Earned All-NorCal and All-Coast Conference honors. SAN JOSE STATE: Appeared in three games as a reliever in 2010... Surrendered 13 hits and 10 earned runs in 3.2 innings. BELLARMINE PREP '09: Made San Jose Mercury Newsand All-West Catholic Athletic League second teams as a senior... Finished 5-1 with a 1.53 ERA in 2009. PERSONAL: Born in San Jose, Calif.... Majoring in economics... Parents are William and Eileen Hennessey... Older brother, Andrew, played baseball at San Jose State from 2005-08... Most don't realize he has a "slightly overbearing fascination" with cats.
