Finished with a .198 batting average (26-of-131) and scored 11 runs, adding 20 RBI, six doubles and three home runs, including a grand slam in UC Davis' 9-3 win over Cal State Northridge on Apr. 29... Went 2-for-3 with five RBI and a double at Santa Clara on Mar. 13... First home run of the year came on Apr. 19 at Cal as he finished just a triple shy of hitting for the cycle during that game... Also registered a double, a run and an RBI in the 4-1 loss to the Golden Bears... Kicked off a six-game hitting streak with his 3-for-4 performance against Cal State Northridge on Apr. 20 that included the grand slam... Scored two runs and registered career-high six RBI in the win, earning Big West Player of the Week and CollegeBaseballInsider.com West Region Player of the Week accolades.

Turned in a 3-for-4 performance at Fresno State Mar. 28 that included 2 RBI and a double... Knocked in a season-high 3 RBI at Cal State Northridge (5/2)... Rode an 11-game hitting streak that started with a 1-for-3 outing against Nevada Mar. 1... Hit .421 with 10 runs, 16 hits and 12 RBI during the streak... 2009: Started 37 of 46 games played, all at catcher... Hit 20-for-100 (.200) with 12 runs and 14 RBIs... Drew 15 walks toward .310 OPB... Knocked out 5 doubles and a triple... Went 3-for-4 and 2-for-4 in two games at San Diego State (4/4-4/5)... Including 2-for-5 game vs. Fresno State the previous week (3/31), hiked his average 80 points to .302 in that span.
ARAGON HS '08: Named to All-Peninsula Athletic League second team and Palo Alto Daily News All-County third team as a senior... Finished season with .456 on-base average... Helped lead the Dons to Central Coast Section playoff berths in final three seasons, including quarterfinal appearance in 2006.
