March 2, 2014

TACOMA, Wash. -- The UC Davis baseball team's scheduled finale against the University of Washington in Tacoma has officially been cancelled due to rain.

After dropping the first three games of the series against the Huskies, the Aggies (4-7) look to regroup and will close out their season-long 12-game road trip next weekend at the Jack Gifford Tournament in Santa Clara, Calif., and San Jose, Calif.

UC Davis will face Santa Clara and Pacific in a doubleheader on Friday (March 7) beginning at 4 p.m., before facing San Jose State in back-to-back games on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.

The Aggies return home to Dobbins Stadium on Tuesday (March 11) at 2:30 p.m. for a mid-week clash with the Spartans.
