DAVIS, Calif. -- Fans of the UC Davis baseball program can now purchase season tickets for the upcoming 2017 season, as the Aggies kick-off their latest campaign with the first of 28 games at home on Feb. 21 with a mid-week game against Pacific at Dobbins Stadium.
The season pass is on sale via the UC Davis athletic ticket office for $120, which includes a ticket for the second of a three-game series against Big West Conference rival Cal Poly on April 14 at Raley Field -- home of the San Francisco Giants' Triple-A affiliate Sacramento River Cats. Having played as the visiting team four times in Causeway rivalry games against Sacramento State at Raley Field, the Aggies will host a game at the ballpark for the first time since 2005, when they hosted reigning NCAA champion Cal State Fullerton for the opener of a three-game series against the Titans.
Single-game tickets for the contest at Raley Field will be $12 (plus a $1 processing fee), with a $5 UC Davis student ticket available. A special series pass will also be available for that weekend, which includes a ticket to all three games against Mustangs, capped off by a ceremony honoring UC Davis baseball Hall of Fame head coach Phil Swimley and the naming of the playing field at James M. and Ann Dobbins Stadium prior to the Saturday series finale on April 15 at 1 p.m.
The series pass is priced at $16 for adults, $12 for youth/seniors, and $12 for groups of 10 or more.
Prices for all remaining regular season single-game tickets have also been set at $8 for adults, $6 for youth/seniors, and $6 for groups of 10 or more.
For more ticket information, please contact the UC Davis athletic ticket office at (530) 752-AGS1, Monday-Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Reservations are also still being accepted to attend the baseball program's annual First Pitch Dinner and Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, to be held on Feb. 25 at 6 p.m., at the UC Davis Conference Center ballroom on campus. More information -- as well as a link to online registration for the event -- is available on the baseball page at UCDavisAggies.com.
