COCHISE COLLEGE: Led his team to a National Junior College Athletic Association Region 1 championship... That same season (2014-15), Hennings averaged 12 points and seven rebounds per game... Cochise College also won an Arizona Community College Athletic Conference title that year... Averaged 17 points and six assists per game the following season... The Apaches finished the 2015-16 season with a 27-6 record and won another NJCAA title... Earned All-America status from the NJCAA... Named Region 1 Most Valuable Player...
