2002-03: ALL-CCAA SECOND TEAM... Played in all 27 games, starting 18, mostly after January emergence, in his first full season... Averaged 15.3 ppg (412 overall) to finish 7th in CCAA... Led conference and finished T41st nationally in free-throw shooting at .851 (97-114), helped by 17-for-17 outing at Sonoma State (1/3)... Performance set school single-game records for free throws attempted, made and percentage and was tied (with two others) for the best free-throw shooting night in Division II during the year... Additionally, had 4 of the team's 14-for-14 free throw shooting in overtime period vs. Seawolves... Shot 55-for-134 (.410) from three-point range, tops on team in all three categories... Scored 10 or more points 17 times, including 20-plus on nine occasions... First such game was 10-point performance vs. Chico (12/29), followed by record-setting night at Sonoma... Earned CCAA Player of the Week honors after scoring 37 points in double overtime to beat UC San Diego (1/25) and posting 21 in victory vs. Grand Canyon (1/24)... Hit career-high 7 three-pointers (on 10 attempts) in that dramatic win over Tritons... His 37 points ranks T4th in UC Davis history and was highest since Kevin Vasquez in 1995... Followed that weekend with 34 points vs. Dominguez Hills (1/31)... Played in all 50 minutes of the contest, tying another school mark... Scored 20 or more in six straight games (1/24-2/8) during which he averaged 26.5 ppg and shot 25-for-48 (.521) from beyond the three-point arc... Hit 21 straight free throws over four-game stretch (12/19-1/4), ending on second attempt at S.F. State... Went 33-for-34 (.971) from the line during seven games from 1/18 through 2/8.
2000-01: Averaged 9.8 ppg and 1.4 rpg, including 11.3 ppg in 20.8 minutes per game in four CCAA contests... Shot .630 from the field, .625 from three-point range, .857 from free-throw line in those games... Scored season-high 15 points vs. UC San Diego (12/10)... Also had 12 points at Cal State L.A. (12/17) and 10 points vs. Grand Canyon (12/9)... Scored four points in debut vs. UC Santa Cruz (11/20).
FAIRFAX HS '00: Averaged 12.5 ppg, 6.0 apg as a senior, earning prep All-America and all-city honors... Led team to 21-6 record and semifinal showing at the Los Angeles city tournament that year... As a junior, averaged 6.3 ppg and 2.0 apg as he helped team to 24-5 mark and runner-up finish in L.A. city tournament... Earned numerous all-tournament and all-star accolades... Nominated for McDonald's All-America team.
