Aggies host Bethesda in Tuesday’s exhibition

This week’s free home exhibition is the defending Big West champion’s final tune-up for the 2017-18 season

NORFOLK HS '17: Received 26 Division I football and basketball offers combined, making him one of the most sought after high school student-athletes in Nebraska... Quickly made his impact as a Norfolk freshman, and averaged 13.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game... Helped the team to a first-place finish in the Greater Nebraska Athletic Conference and quarterfinal appearance in the state playoffs that year, earning him first team all-conference and all-state honorable mention nods... Led the Panthers to consecutive first place league finishes in his sophomore and junior years, earning first team all-league and all-conference honors... In his senior campaign, he averaged 16.8 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game; the team collected league and Nebraska State championship titles... His performance that year earned him first team All-State accolades from the Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star.

PERSONAL: Born in Omaha, Neb.... Parents are Troy and Patricia Strom... Has two siblings, Alexander and Chelsea... Named student class president during 2014-15 and 2015-16 academic years... Member of the Future Business Leaders of America and Junior Statesman of America from 2014-17... All-NY2LA first team honoree in the Omaha Elite AAU league... Something most people don't know about him is that he tries to read one book every month for stress relief... Wishes he could have been present at the convention in Philadelphia to listen to the Founding Fathers... Chose UC Davis for the opportunity to earn a meaningful degree, while also playing basketball.
