DAVIS, Calif. - On Tuesday, Jan. 7, McDonald's released its nominees for the 2014 High School All-American game, which will take place at the United Center in Chicago, Ill., on April 2. From this list, 24 boys and 24 girls will be selected to participate in this annual gathering of the nation's top basketball talent. Included in this year's list is Isaiah Walton, future member of UC Davis men's basketball.
Walton signed his NLI to compete for the Aggies this past fall and will join the program after graduating from Elyria High School (Ohio).
ESPNU will announce the final rosters on its All-American Games Selection Show, slated to air on Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. (PT).
High school coaches, athletic directors, principals and members of the McDonald's All-American Games Selection Committee helped pick this year's lists, which includes players from 44 states.
