DAVIS, Calif. - Young athletes ages 4-13 are now able to secure their spot for this summer's UC Davis Men's Basketball Youth Camp. Taking place at the Pavilion from June 17-20, separate camps for participants ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 13 are available.
Both camps are designed to provide the maximum amount of coaching and individual attention within a condensed period of time. By strategically combining individual drills that emphasize basketball fundamentals and proper techniques with live competition, campers of all levels will further develop their shooting, ball handling, passing, defending, footwork and rebounding skills.
Coaches and staff will teach numerous drills that can also be practiced and performed at home, exercises specifically designed to help further enhance a camper's skill set and personal basketball potential.
Registration will close on June 17, campers are strongly encouraged to secure their spot by utilizing UC Davis' secure online registration system, no walk-up or day-of registration will take place. Reduced rates are available for families with multiple campers.
