IRVINE, Calif. - ESPN will broadcast another three UC Davis basketball games for a national audience, with the potential for another two, when Big West Conference and ESPN3 officials released the 2018 broadcast schedule on Wednesday. Included in ESPN3's league slate are the Aggies' road games at UC Riverside (Jan. 11) Cal State Fullerton (Jan. 13) and CSUN (Feb. 1).

ESPN3 also listed Feb. 3 and March 3 as Wild Card weekends, and will select its national game of the night at least three weeks before tipoff. On Feb. 3, the defending Big West Tournament champions, and last year's NCAA Tournament participant, will visit the Walter Pyramid to take on Long Beach State -- one of three conference games ESPN3 can choose from that day.

If FOX Sports does not select the Aggies' March 3 regular season finale at UC Irvine, ESPN3 has the option to air this league matchup featuring last season's participants in the Big West Tournament's championship game.

With this announcement, the nation will have the opportunity to watch as many as 10 Big West broadcasts featuring UC Davis this season.

UC Davis' 2017-18 campaign will begin on Nov. 13 at Northern Colorado -- the first of a season-opening five-game road swing that includes another rivalry game vs, Sacramento State at the Golden 1 Center, the state-of-the-art downtown home of the Sacramento Kings. A home-and-home series against Northern Colorado will conclude on Nov. 29 when the Aggies compete inside the Pavilion for the first time this year.
