DAVIS, Calif. - The UC Davis men's basketball recruiting class has garnered national attention. The latest rankings by ESPN.com has the Aggies' signing class at No. 8 among schools not among the so-called power conferences. The website profiled the top-10 recruiting classes from this category. UC Davis recently secured commitments from Mike Kurtz (C, 7-0, 190, Roseville, Calif./Woodcreek HS), Josh Ritchart (F, 6-9, 220, Auburn, Calif./Forest Lake Christian School) and Alex Tiffin (F, 6-8, 200, Thousand Oaks, Calif./Thousand Oaks Calif.).
