IRVINE, Calif. -
Beginning with UC Davis' conference opener at Cal State Northridge, on Jan. 9, ESPN3 will broadcast 13 men's basketball league games as part of its package with the Big West Conference this season.

All ESPN3 games will originate from Southern California member institutions Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Northridge, Long Beach State, UC Irvine and UC Riverside. Through the Big West's new mobile production facility, each game will be produced by the Conference utilizing full ESPN production standards, including graphics, replay and on-air crew. In addition to UC Davis' league contest, UC Irvine at Cal State Fullerton and Long Beach State at Cal State Northridge are the other Big West games scheduled to take place that evening.

ESPNU will make its March 6 selection in early to mid-February, ESPN3 will announce its game shortly thereafter.
