DAVIS, Calif. - After its blowout rivalry victory Tuesday night at the Golden 1 Center, the downtown home of the Sacramento Kings, UC Davis will end its season-opening five-game road swing by facing the Washington Huskies in the first-ever meeting between the teams.

Aaron Goldsmith and Dan Belluomini are on the call for this game, which is available on the Pac-12 Networks’ main channel, in addition to Pac-12 Washington's feed. Subscribers to the following cable/satellite providers, who possess the necessary subscription, can access this game online at Pac-12.com/live, on the Pac-12 Networks app, or the following channels:  1759 HD/759 SD (AT&T U-verse), 822 (Charter Spectrum), 1329 or 823 HD/434 SD (Comcast/Xfinity), 406 or 409 (Dish Network) or 591 HD/91 SD (Frontier Fios).

Sunday’s matchup will feature two teams that enjoyed postseason success last year. The Aggies punched their ticket to the Big Dance, for the first time in school history, after capturing the program’s inaugural league tournament title. Washington is familiar with the Big West Conference and its teams since it topped Long Beach State in last season’s National Invitation Tournament.

Unlike UC Davis, who has yet to play a game inside the Pavilion this year — something that will change on Wednesday when Northern Colorado visits campus — Washington will compete inside the Alaska Airlines Center at HEC Edmundson Pavilion for the fourth time this season. In its previous three home games, UW defeated Belmont (86-82), Eastern Washington (79-69) and Seattle (89-84).

The Huskies’ only two games outside of Seattle took place against Providence and Virginia Tech as part of the 2K Classic, held last weekend in New York City. They dropped both of those contests, and enjoyed an entire week off before hosting the Redhawks on Friday.

This is the first of two games against Pac-12 competition for the Aggies this season; they will head to Pullman six days later to face Washington State.
