DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis men's basketball NLI signee Isaiah Walton recorded another impressive performance for the Elyria High School's (Ohio) boys' basketball team in its recent 15-point victory over Keystone High School.

Responsible for the Pioneer's first 10 points of the game, Walton ended with a game-high 30 points, including a lob-dunk off a pass from teammate Ronnie Smith to put his team up by nine points after three quarters. Including a 19-2 run in that eight-minute, post-halftime session, Elyria outscored Keystone 40-17 in the second half.

Walton also finished with nine boards to help his team out-rebound its opponent by 13 (43-30).

The future Aggie is in his senior season at Elyria and will join the Aggies next fall.

UC Davis will open a three-game homestand on Saturday, Dec. 21, against the Air Force Falcons. As the final game of a basketball doubleheader that starts with the Aggie women's team taking on Houston Baptist, the men will tip at 2:30 p.m. or 35 minutes after the conclusion of the previous game, whichever is later.
