2001: Co-winner of team’s MOST IMPROVED AWARD, having emerged from fourth position on preseason depth chart to regular-season starting job... Started 10 of 13 games, including all three postseason Saturdays... Finished 5th on team (tops among tight ends) with 20 catches for 241 yards and 2 TDs... Scored first career TD on a 42-yard strike from J.T. O’Sullivan in first quarter vs. Humboldt State... Had career-high 54 yards in that game... Drew first blood on Central Washington with 7-yard TD reception in game’s opening drive.
