2000: Appeared in five games as a reserve... Completed 7 of 12 passes for 93 yards... Also ran for two TDs against Mesa State in the NCAA quarterfinal.

OAK GROVE HS '99: Earned first-team All-Mount Hamilton Athletic League honors as a junior and senior... Threw for almost 2,500 yards as a senior... Also passed for 28 TDs and ran for 11 more, earning MHAL Player of the Year... Additionally, garnered All-Central Coast Section distinction that year... Led team to a 25-1 records and a CCS title during his two years as a starter... Also played baseball, leading team to MHAL title.. Batted .428 and stole 18 bags in 1999.
