2002: Played in seven games as a reserve... Completed 4 of 7 for 86 yards and no INTs or TDs... Majority of passing stats came against Humboldt State as he finished 3-for-6 with 70 yards... Rushed for 38 net yards overall, best among quarterbacks... Ran for 23 yards on 3 carries in opener vs. Grand Valley State.

2001: Appeared in three games... Attempted only one pass all season, hitting Christian Nordhausen for 7 yards in closing minutes vs. Central Washington... Rushed for 26 yards on 2 carries in opener at Highlands... Earned team's Scout Offense Player of the Week honors during week of Cal Poly game.

2000: Appeared in five games as a reserve... Completed 7 of 12 passes for 93 yards... Also ran for two TDs against Mesa State in the NCAA quarterfinal.

1999: Redshirted.

OAK GROVE HS '99: Earned first-team All-Mount Hamilton Athletic League honors as a junior and senior... Threw for almost 2,500 yards as a senior... Also passed for 28 TDs and ran for 11 more, earning MHAL Player of the Year... Additionally, garnered All-Central Coast Section distinction that year... Led team to a 25-1 records and a CCS title during his two years as a starter... Also played baseball, leading team to MHAL title.. Batted .428 and stole 18 bags in 1999.
