LAKERIDGE HS '00: Twice earned All-Three Rivers League... Led team to back-to-back state playoff berths and 18-7 combined record... Recorded 75 tackles and 4 sacks as a senior... Was 42-for-315 rushing with 3 TDs as a running back that year... Went for 221 yards, including an 80-yard TD scamper to open the second-round playoff game against Central Catholic... Posted 60 tackles and 7 sacks as a junior... Earned state All-Academic honors in track and field, performing on the 4x100 relay squad for two years.
