Captured all-city honors as a junior, finishing with 30 receptions and 15 touchdowns... Ranked 21st on NorCal preasason Top 50 list and was named preseason All-Metro by San Francisco Chronicle in 2007.

Accomplished as a musician, playing piano, drums and saxophone... Career highlight was recovering his own kickoff in Silver Bowl championship game, setting up a game-winning scoring drive.
