2001: Played in 11 games, serving as No. 2 back behind Tra? Milton until he filled in for an injured Milton midway through Causeway Classic at Sacramento State... Responded with career-best 119 yards and a TD... Named as team?s Offensive Player of the Week for that game... Made first career start the following week against Central Washington, but injured his hamstring, sidelining him for two more games... Dressed but did not play for NCAA first-round game at Texas A&M-Kingsville... Returned to action with 56 rushing yards and season-best 4 receptions in quarterfinal vs. Tarleton State.

Team went 18-4 during his two years, winning CAL title in 1996 and reaching Sac-Joaquin Section playoffs in 1997... Also lettered in track & field as a sprinter.
