2004: Appeared in 9 games, mostly as a return specialist... Retrieved 6 kickoffs for 170 yards for a 28.3 average... More than half those yards came from a 98-yard return vs. Sacramento State, the longest in school history since John Nedderman went end zone to end zone in 1948... Runback set up TD run by O.J. Swanigan and sparked Aggies' rally in Causeway win... Named Special Teams Player of the Week after Southern Utah game.

2003: Saw action in 8 games... Caught 3 passes for 54 yards... First career reception was also his longest for the year: a 33-yard strike from Ryan Flanigan in 1st quarter at Sacramento State... Hauled in 12-yarder vs. Western Washington and 9-yarder vs. Central Washington.

2002: Played in 3 games, primarily on special teams... Had a 30-yard kickoff return to close the 3rd quarter against Humboldt State.

2001: Redshirted.

UC DAVIS TRACK & FIELD: Finished 3rd in triple jump at 2003 California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with season-best 47-3.5.

ETIWANDA HS '01: Enjoyed fine senior season in football, posting 277 receiving yards, 986 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns as a running back; 2 interceptions as a linebacker... Won team's Hatchet Man award... Placed 3rd (47-11) in triple jump at Southern Section meet in 2001... Took 7th in Southern Section Masters that year... Won Mt. Baldy League title in triple.

PERSONAL: Born June 30, 1983 in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.... Exercise biology major... Parents are Robert & Rita Ramey... Wears his lucky Sonic The Hedgehog T-shirt under his pads... Best athlete he's faced is Chris Singleton, now of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
