2003: Saw action as reserve left end in first 9 games... Posted 12 total tackles, including 8 solos... Also had 5 tackles for losses of 26 yards, including 2.0 sacks... Stuck Ryan Leadingham for 8-yard loss during 2nd quarter of Causeway Classic win, one of two solo stops in that game... Spoiled Central Washington's 4th-down conversation attempt with 15-yard sack of reserve Dale Chase... Sack was longest by any Aggie for the year... Posted TFLs in four straight games, from Texas State through Western Washington.
2002: Appeared in 5 games, compiling 3 total tackles (2 solo, 1 assist)... Had 1 sack, hitting Abilene Christian's Colby Freeman for 6 yards in the 1st quarter.
2001: Recorded one solo tackle in 4 games... Lone tackle was a 6-yard sack of Western Oregon's Bart Bishop.
2000: Redshirted.
BEAR RIVER HS '00: Won first-team All-Sierra Foothill League honors as a defensive end and second-team distinction as a center - in the same year... Named field MVP on track & field team as a thrower, high jumper and sprinter... Also voted team MVP in swimming.
PERSONAL: Born May 11, 1982 in Grass Valley, Calif.... Pre-med student, majoring in neurobiology, physiology & behavior (NPB)... Parents are Drs. Richard & Linda Sheridan... Lists his mother as his non-sports hero: "she's the strongest person I know"... Younger brother, Chris, was a freshman with the Aggie program last season... Plans to attend Harvard medical school then to become a plastic surgeon.
