2011: Appeared in all 11 games and started five contests at tight end... Had the most catches of any tight end on the squad, hauling in eight grabs for 105 yards and one touchdown... Posted an 18-yard touchdown reception in a win over UTSA... Managed a season-best three catches for 26 yards at South Dakota... Recorded a season long 40-yard catch in the season finale at Sacramento State.

FALL RIVER HS '10
: Multi-sport standout, earning All-Shasta Cascade League MVP honors in both football and basketball as a senior... Threw for 1,751 yards and 19 strikes while adding 459 rushing yards in 2009, helping team capture third straight North Section championship... Chipped in with 43 tackles at defensive end... Logged 1,300 yards and 12 TD passes as a junior, garnering All-SCL distinction... Averaged 18.4 points and 11 rebounds as a junior in basketball, then improved to 21.8 ppg and 10.2 rpg as a senior, making All-SCL squads both seasons... Also helped baseball team capture CIF-NS titles.

PERSONAL: Born in Woodland, Calif.... Majoring in exercise biology... Parents are Todd Sloat & Kelly Freeland-Sloat... Todd played quarterback for UC Davis from 1984-87... By the time he's 30, would like to "win an argument with my grandfather"... Proudest accomplishment was helping FRHS win three straight section titles.
