New stadium lights receive initial testing on Friday night; Five home football night games on schedule

DAVIS, Calif. - Aggie Stadium was lit up at night for the first time on Friday when new stadium lights, installed this week, were turned on for initial testing. The four light standards directed plenty of light toward the field field, illuminating the playing surface in anticipation of five home football night games this upcoming 2008 season. Women's lacrosse will also play under the lights during its 2009 season.
